1. Which Payment Modes Are Available?

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

2. Payment Has Been Processed But I Haven’t Received Confirmation?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and bring the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s), we will try to help you in the best possible manner on case-by-case basis. In genuine cases we will be able to offer you a credit note of value equal to your purchase. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service (support@JG Supply.com) on the day of delivery.
